YRARC Project Night

Starting on Wednesday April 16th, 2014 a group of interested Amateur Radio Operators from the YRARC Amateur Radio Club will meet weekly from 7:00 till 9:00 P.M. at the Newmarket Community Center to build various Ham Radio Related Projects.

The first Project we have decided to undertake is An Introduction to MicroControllers for Ham related Projects. Rather than building a specific project for a dedicated application we decided that we would build a Prototyping Platform that will become the base platform for a wide variety of projects that each member will choose according to their interests.

This web site will act as a common repository for the project phases that the members can use to document and communicate all facets of this endeavour.

Once the base prototyping platform is complete and the members become familiar with both the hardware and programming of microcontroller based applications the project will become diverse with each member expanding the platform to discreet applications according to their interests.

Possible Applications

Electronic Keyer WSPR Transmitter
